Our Team.

I'm Jenny and the owner of IOTS. I have been practicing occupational therapy since 2008 and started Innovative OT Solutions in 2020. I provide in-home OT services geared towards older adults. I am focused on combatting ageism and creating a more inclusive community. I am currently back in school working towards my doctorate in occupational therapy. I love to garden and volunteer for a dog rescue.

I’m Michele and the practice manager for IOTS. I do a little bit of everything from administrative support, social media management, and contributing to the overall organization and structure for the practice. I have always had a deep passion for the senior community and have over 15 years experience working in various senior settings. In my spare time I love writing, hiking, reading, and snuggling with my rescue dog Sparky.
